Can you recommend a student or gardener for me to hire?

The Horticulture department does not post job listings from individuals, however, you can post an advertisement in the NC State University Technician. You may want to contact your local Cooperative Extension Horticulture Agent and might also consider contacting nurseries in your area as they may be able to put you in touch with professional gardeners. You may also want to check with botanical gardens like JC Raulston Arboretum, NC Botanical Garden, and Duke Gardens for recommendations.

May I use the images in the EG Plant Toolbox?

If there is a Creative Commons license, in the caption for the image you are welcome to use the image as long as you abide by the license.

Photo with the photographer and CC License

For example, if the license is CC BY then as long as you attribute the image to the photographer you may use it. You can just copy the information from the caption in the toolbox. This is a great way to get curated images.
If there is no Creative Commons license, you need to get permission from the photographer.
