Have you ever wanted to become a garden and landscape expert but don’t have the time or money to go back to college and get the degree?
Now you can! NC State Extension Gardener program is proud to offer a fully online, asynchronous Garden and Landscape Course Series. It covers everything from soils to edibles, pests to weeds, herbs to trees, and everything in between.
These courses include interactive forums, hands-on activities, and presentations from experts around the state.
You can complete the course on your own schedule during the 6-week period and you will have lifetime access to the online handbook!
- Register for individual courses for $149 each, or
- Register for all 5 courses for $399 and save $346!
- Receive an early bird discount of $10 if you enroll 3 weeks before the course start date.

Sign up for the 5-course series at any time during the year. The courses are stand-alone and none of them require the completion of other courses prior to enrollment. The schedule for 2024 will be similar to 2023 so you can start the 5-course series with any course during 2023 and simply continue in the series through 2024.
Complete all 5 of the 6-week courses and earn a
Garden and Landscape Certificate of Mastery
from the NC State Extension Gardener program
in the Department of Horticulture Science.
